Home safety guideline State owned Enterprises, Litro Gas Lanka Limited and Litro Gas Terminal Lanka (Pvt) Ltd subsidiaries of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation and the nation’s leading LPG supplier, have declared a further dividend of Rs. 1.25 billion for the financial year 2024.
The dividend was officially presented to Dr. Harshana Suriyapperuma, Secretary to the Treasury, by Mr. Channa Gunawardena, Chairman of Litro Gas, at the Ministry of Finance. He was accompanied by Mr. Mahendra Garusingha, Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Lakmali Hapuarachchi, Finance Director.
This additional declaration brings the total dividend for 2024 to Rs. 2.75 billion, marking a significant contribution by Litro to the national economy. The achievement reflects the company’s resilience, prudent financial management, and unwavering commitment to delivering value to the Government of Sri Lanka and the people it serves.
